2 - Reflect
We postpone things in life because we believe ourselves to be everlasting. We do not have coffee with a friend that we promised, we do not attend a show that our partner invites us to, we do not cry out our sorrows because we do not have the time. We do not "give ourselves the luxury" of suffering or of taking a moment to think about what we are doing, we simply do it because it is what is expected of us, because we must go on and continue with that cycle and rhythm that is demanded from us. When will we be able to notice that we all have a limited time in this world?
When we postpone decisions, elections, or activities we are not taking charge of our own will and we are not willing to receive the grace of God the Father. From the moment we open our hearts to Him and dare to follow His divine design, our plans will get back on course. Following the shadow of what we have to do just because others dictate it is not being sincere, we must learn to live differently. We must agree with our own actions, and not act without intentions or without desire. Opening our soul to our Heavenly Father will grant us calm and tranquility in order to live in the moment and not leave for tomorrow what we can do today.
