1 - READ THE WORD

Let us listen to the Glory

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
Romans 8:31-32

2 - Reflect
I remember how once, while running errands for my mother, I overheard a conversation between two adults about God. One was telling the other that he had completely lost his faith because he felt that God had abandoned him at a time when he needed Him the most.

Today I know that God is at work in us every day: He is constantly trying to plant new seeds in our hearts in order to harvest fruit according to the purpose He has prepared for our lives. The Lord sows His love and care and then reaps peace, joy, hope and strength to overcome every obstacle that life may present to us. It is extremely important then that we are aware of this reality and do not allow negative thoughts and anxieties to keep us away from that work of good that the Lord promises us.

Let us always remember that with God on our side it is impossible to lose, because only He can create spaces where there are none, open new doors and reopen those that seemed closed. Only He can place us in the right time and place and only He can guide us to make each of our dreams come true, even those that today seem distant or impossible.
