1 - READ THE WORD
Let's leave aside everything that conditions us spiritually.
However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.

2 - Reflect
For several years now, the premise that you must be the best at whatever you do has been in place, so to speak: it doesn't matter what you want to do, you must just be the best, you must give your life to achieve that one goal. As encouraging and motivating as the slogan may seem at first, it is alarmingly erroneous in several ways and, what's more, at times can prove to be counterproductive to what the Lord urges us to follow as we walk His path.
To be the best means to have our eyes fixed on the goal and to reach it at any cost: taking everything ahead of us; going over the heads of my brothers and sisters or not stopping to help those in need. Instead, the Lord exhorts us to give our best in all circumstances, regardless of whether we are the best or not, because in his eyes, by giving our best we become winners. Let us remember that God is a merciful Father who allows us to face a new day to improve who we are, He gives us a fullness that gives us enough peace to face a new challenge without anxiety or obsessive pressure that gives no room for any kind of failure.
