My beauty
“Let not yours be the outward adorning with braiding of hair, decoration of gold, and wearing of robes, but let it be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable jewel of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious.”
1 Peter 3:3-4

2 - Reflect
Today beauty standards have changed the way we perceive each other. Focusing only on the outside, we have set notions about what is beautiful or what we understand as beautiful according to each society. We prioritize weight, hair color, body measurements. We give importance to what we wear, often buying clothes that we never use more than once. The conventions on beauty can be different for each person and that must be respected. We usually censor each other about what we mean by beauty and it does not represent an act of love for our neighbor. It is not right to mock someone else's appearance.
The reality is that much of it does not matter in the eyes of God the Father. He will not judge according to our physical features but rather on what is inside us. Those characteristics or thoughts that make us good human beings and good Christians. Solidarity with each other, compassion, and love should be the reflection we project on the outside. If we retain a kind and attentive spirit with our brothers, if we help those who need us, if we reflect on the reality around us, and we make small changes so that we can all become better, then those will be our greatest beauties.
