Preparing for Healing
Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

2 - Reflect
At the beginning of this year I had decided, on my doctor's recommendation, to lose weight. I chose the beginning of the year as the date, a time when we take stock of our life and it is also a good opportunity to set goals and objectives to be met in the year that has just begun. Today, with the year well underway, I was reflecting on goals and how we start with the best disposition and put all our energy and effort into the actions that will lead us to them.
However, there comes a time when, having partially achieved the goal, we begin to feel comfortable in the place we have reached, we assume the belief that at that point we have obtained enough and as a result, we abandon all previously set goals. As we walk with God, it is easy for the same thing to happen to our faith in the purpose to which the Lord has called us. We may think that we have reached our limits and at some point we stop seeking that excellence, that desire to advance in the reality that God has set for us and that makes us worthy of His presence.
That is why it is important that we do not stop in the middle of the road and continue towards the top of the mountain. Let us believe in God in order to advance, let us believe in God because one thing is certain, we will find the strength to achieve it in Him.
