Lord, all they have done to me or that I have done to others to cause pain, I give it to you, so that it may not torment me nor any more nor affect what I do today. Make me rejoice according to the days I was afflicted and the days I have seen evil. I give you my past and anyone associated to it so that you may restore what was lost.
