2 - Reflect
I know a person who is exceptionally good at everything she sets her mind to, she is a co-worker I met a little over a year ago and she has not ceased to amaze me constantly. Everything she undertakes she does with a professionalism never seen before but, to tell the truth, I think she lacks the initial drive that would give her more self-confidence.
Talking to her recently about her new project, I noticed she was quite insecure and I couldn't help but point it out to her: I told her that I thought she was joking and that I didn't recognize her. She told me she wasn't sure about the project and didn't think it would make a difference.
Personally, it is in these cases when I take the post and assure that everything is possible if the faith is strong; and I mean it, beyond market studies, competition and other technicalities; if the faith in oneself is strong, that is all that is needed. The projects we undertake go beyond their operation and, although it may be difficult to understand, they are a projection of God to test our tenacity, our commitment, our faith.
Let us remember that only before God will we respond and when we do, we give an account of what we have done with what He has entrusted to us: to live and to love.
