I can do all things with God's help
“I have said this to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

2 - Reflect
When situations do not depend on us and their result is not the best, we usually turn against God the Father, and against His will and designs. We feel helpless in the face of not being able to control what happens and we wonder how Our Father can allow it to happen. The truth is that we can not assign all the responsibility to Him, Our Father is not the cause of that suffering but He can give us His help and protection if we have a heart willing to receive it.
Living in the word, being judicious and fair will give us comfort in difficult times. We will not be alone if we can be in contact with God, with His wisdom and His good lessons. If we are accompanied by our brethren through our Heavenly Father, every troubling situation will not be able to bring us down, but rather we will remain standing. We must trust that we will be going through firmer terrain soon, a lighter weight, a situation of rejoicing. If we remain indifferent to our faith or do not care enough whenever we have doubts, we can experience a habit of turning away from our Father and His counsel. Only God can sustain us when we are about to fall.
