2 - Reflect
You have to keep in mind that as human beings, that live this earthly life under the sun, it is part of our days to take joy in certain pleasures such as food and drink. It is needful to live those moments with joy, that are rewards to our senses, and enjoy them with humility.
When we are in contact with our spirit, with the love that God professes to us, and we follow a life according to His words, through our thoughts and our works, it is probable that these tangibles pleasures are a kind of reward that we live with. Because we feel in agreement with creation, and in that way value what surrounds us to be able to avail ourselves of it.
