2 - Reflect
It is good to go home when our thoughts are scrambled. Sometimes when our mind is tormented and we do not have peace, speaking to God the Father will be the only thing that gives us a much needed calm. Solving problems or situations that afflict us by opening our hearts to deep reflection alongside Our Lord will often clear away our doubts. Arguing with others because they do not give us the opinions or advice that we need to hear will only make things worse. Being hostile to our brothers because we are confused is not our best choice.
Praying is truly availing ourselves to the word of God, giving ourselves over, and trusting that the paths that He will show us will be the most appropriate. Even if we do not fully understand why this is happening, or what real commitment we will have to assume, we should entrust ourselves to Our Father and to His wisdom. Staying in the dark or in conflict will only perpetuate it. If our mind relies on God, our choices will also be affected in a good way. To despair when faced with the frustration of not knowing how to act or being irritated by the possibility of losing control of the situation are traps that we will have to go through.
